My name is Beatrix Kollmann — founder and owner of Daily HR GmbH. People are my passion. Their stories, their motivations, and their individual paths fascinate me — and that's precisely where I begin. As a certified psychologist with over 20 years of experience in international recruitment, I combine analytical thinking with genuine empathy. In 2014, I founded Daily HR to provide sustainable support to industrial companies in Europe in filling specialist and management positions. I don't just match CVs with jobs —

Active sourcing refers to all measures taken to identify high potentials on the external job market, whereby the company proactively tries to make personal contact with potential applicants (future employees) through us and to retain them until they can be recruited.

INTERIM MANAGEMENT
With us, you have quick and easy access to precisely the specialists you need for the areas you want to fill. Our independent interim managers offer their specialized knowledge on a project basis.

MEDIATION
Through our international network, we can find the right specialists and managers for you within just a few days – saving you time and money. We will personally introduce you to three to five candidates, support you through the probationary period if desired, and remain your contact person even afterward.
