In an initial consultation, we work with you to develop the ideal candidate profile. This helps us determine which personality aligns best with your organization and your employees. Using this profile, we then contact previously interviewed candidates within our talent network. Simultaneously, we scan the job market in Switzerland, Europe, and even globally through online and/or print advertising and social media.

 

In the second stage of our "Candidate Competition," we will present you with three to five candidates—if you wish, at our offices. The brief interviews of the first round serve solely as an initial personal introduction to determine if there is a good fit. Only then do you decide which candidates you would like to invite for more in-depth follow-up interviews.

 

Upon request, we will accompany you and the candidates during the probationary period and remain your contact person afterwards.
