My name is Beatrix Kollmann – founder and owner of Daily HR GmbH, your recruiting partner in Europe.

 

People are my passion.

 

Their stories, their motivation, and their individual life paths fascinate me – and that is exactly where I begin.

 

As a networked thinker, I bring the right people together and create sustainable professional prospects – for companies and candidates alike.

 

With my background as a qualified psychologist and six years of experience in business consulting – most recently as Sales Director for the strategic financing of R&D and investment projects – I combine analytical thinking with entrepreneurial understanding.

 

For over 20 years I have been active in international recruitment and have built extensive expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines.

 

As Country Manager Switzerland for a US consulting firm, I was responsible for recruitment, interim management, and executive search.

 

In 2014 I founded Daily HR GmbH – with the goal of providing sustainable support to industrial companies across Europe in filling specialist and leadership positions.

 

My profile is further complemented by the compact HR programme "HR plus" as well as my advanced training as a Social Media and HR Transformation Expert.
